Our County Today About
Let’s bring local news back.
The important things happening close to home should be easier to find. We are building a local news habit around the stories, people, and events that affect your community.
Useful, local, and human
We are interested in the things that help a place understand itself: a school project, a new business, a road opening, a neighborhood win, a local question, or something worth showing up for.
What we leave out
No crime coverage and no politically divisive national shouting. We want a feed that helps you know what is happening around you without making you feel worse about where you live.
Help us get it right
Have a local story or event we should know about? Send it in below. It is free to submit, and a link, a few details, and a useful image are enough to get us started.
Businesses and organizations can use the same form to tell us what they would like to advertise. There are no accounts to create.
Share something local
Tell us about your story, event, or advertising idea. Include your ZIP code so we can route it to the right local coverage, and we will get back to you.
