Esaia Bogar is Becoming a Problem for Opposing Offenses
- Wyoming defensive end Esaia Bogar turned in a career-best performance in the Cowboys' 16-13 overtime win at San Jose State, finishing with five tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
- The win snapped an eight-game Wyoming road losing streak and came six days after a 28-0 loss to North Dakota State.
- Bogar, a senior from Rancho Cucamonga, California, leads the team in tackles for loss and sacks and credits reading his keys and playing fast for his jump in production.
- The Cowboys now return to War Memorial Stadium in Laramie for home games against Northern Illinois on Saturday and Air Force the following Friday.
