SWFL Bake Tracker helps people find local home bakers
- A free app called SWFL Bake Tracker maps cottage bakeries across Southwest Florida so customers can find nearby home-based bake stands and see what they sell.
- Creator Paul Zuman built it after repeatedly driving past roadside bake stands he mistook for little free libraries.
- The directory has grown to more than 110 bakers, well past his initial goal of 25, and bakers say the cottage model helps people pursue baking professionally.
