The Animal ER of the Western Slope held a ribbon cutting for its new, larger facility at 2558 Patterson Road in Grand Junction.
The 24/7 emergency clinic moved from its North Avenue location, which it had outgrown since opening three years ago.
The new space adds exam rooms, two surgery suites and updated equipment so staff can treat more patients at once.
It remains the valley's only 24-7 emergency clinic, staying open nights, weekends and holidays when other clinics close.
